The Rho Beta Sigma Chapter executed a joint community service effort with the women of the Sigma Omicron Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., at the Helping Mamas organization in Norcross, Georgia, on January 7, 2023. Helping Mamas gives back to Gwinnett County by supporting families, mothers, and babies through donating clothes, food, toys, and a myriad of other necessities. Both Rho Beta Sigma and Sigma Omicron Zeta worked diligently within the warehouse and staging areas sorting, packing, and preparing items for shipment and delivery. The event ended our yearly diaper drive, which ran from Spring 2022 through Founders’ Day weekend. We are proud to have collected and donated 3,275 diapers to Helping Mamas.
