Just in time for the start of the school year, the Gwinnett Sigmas participated in two back-to-school events. Sorting and distributing school supplies for children heading back into the classroom, the brothers took part in the Back to School Bash and Supplies Giveaway at New Bethel AME Church in Lithonia and the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s third annual Back-to-School Bash at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds in Lawrenceville. Held on July 22 and July 29 respectively, the events brought students, their families, and teachers together for food, games, giveaways, and other activities and services. Students in Gwinnett County returned to school on August 2.
