Did you know that one out of every 365 black people are born with sickle cell disease? As September is National Sickle Cell Awareness Month, the brothers of the Rho Beta Sigma Alumni Chapter encourage everyone to do their part in the ongoing battle against this serious disease. You can lend your support by donating to a Sigma brother who will walk three miles for those who cannot do it themselves. All proceeds will benefit the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia.
